2025年7月25日（金）、Apple傘下のClaris International Inc. CEOであるRyan McCann（ライアン・マッキャン）氏が来日し、日本の医療現場におけるIT活用と将来の技術ニーズを理解する目的で、TXP Medical株式会社の協力のもと、藤沢市消防局、藤沢市民病院、昭和医科大学病院を訪問しました。
本訪問は、Claris社が開発・提供するローコード開発プラットフォーム「Claris FileMaker」が、日本の医療現場においてどのように活用されているかを把握し、今後の製品戦略やAIなどの新技術への対応に活かすためのものです。現地ではTXP Medical 代表取締役 園生智弘氏による案内のもと、現場での活用例を視察しました。

1. 【藤沢市消防局】NSER mobileのデモンストレーション

藤沢市消防局救急ワークステーションでは、Claris FileMakerをベースに開発されたTXP Medicalの救急医療情報システム「NSER mobile」の実演が行われ、現場（搬送元）から搬送先医療機関までのリアルタイムな情報連携の様子を、救急隊のデモンストレーションを通じて視察しました。

2. 【藤沢市民病院】病院側でのリアルタイム連携

隣接する藤沢市民病院では、救急隊から送られた情報をもとに、医療機関側がリアルタイムで患者の受け入れ準備を進める実際の流れを視察。医療現場におけるIT連携の重要性を共有しました。

3. 【昭和医科大学病院】高度急性期現場におけるNEXT Stage ER活用

東京都品川区にある昭和医科大学病院救急センターでは、TXP Medicalの基幹システム「NEXT Stage ER」の導入現場を訪問。Claris FileMaker の柔軟なプラットフォームが、電子カルテとの連携や、医療データの構造化・利活用にも寄与している点について説明を受けました。

今回の視察は、日本市場における現場ニーズや社会的課題を正しく理解し、Claris FileMakerの将来に反映させるための重要な取り組みの一環です。TXP Medicalは今後も、Claris International Inc. や 消防本部、救急隊、医療現場の皆様と連携しながら、より多くの課題解決に貢献できる製品開発を目指してまいります。

On Friday, July 25, 2025, Ryan McCann, CEO of Claris International Inc.—a subsidiary of Apple—visited Japan to gain first-hand insights into the use of IT in emergency medical care and to better understand future technology needs in the healthcare sector.
The site visit, organized in collaboration with TXP Medical Inc., included tours of the Fujisawa City Fire Department, Fujisawa City Hospital, and SHOWA Medical University Hospital .
This initiative aimed to observe how the Claris FileMaker low-code development platform is being utilized in real-world medical environments, and to gather valuable input that will inform Claris’s product strategy and integration of emerging technologies such as AI. Mr. McCann was guided by Tomohiro Sonoo, CEO of TXP Medical, through various field applications of the platform.

1. [Fujisawa Fire Department] Demonstration of NSER Mobile

At the Fujisawa Emergency Workstation, the team observed a live demonstration of NSER mobile, TXP Medical’s emergency medical information system built on the Claris FileMaker platform. The demo showcased real-time information sharing from the field to receiving hospitals, as performed by an active emergency response unit.

2. [Fujisawa City Hospital] Real-Time Coordination on the Receiving Side

The delegation then visited the adjacent Fujisawa City Hospital, where they observed how incoming emergency information is received and used to prepare for patient admission in real time. The tour highlighted the essential role of seamless IT integration in emergency medical response.

3. [SHOWA Medical University Hospital ] Use of NEXT Stage ER in Advanced Acute Care

At the Emergency Center of SHOWA Medical University Hospital in Shinagawa, Tokyo, the group reviewed the deployment of TXP Medical’s core system, NEXT Stage ER. The team learned how Claris FileMaker’s flexible platform supports electronic medical record (EMR) integration and enables the structuring and utilization of complex medical data in high-acuity environments.
