EVENTNSER mobile was introduced at “Expert Ambulance Malaysia Operation Conference 2023”
TXP Medical Co. Ltd. (hereinafter “TXP Medical”)’s solutions for emergency medicine, NSER mobile, was introduced at “Expert Ambulance Malaysia Operation Conference 2023.”
This conference was held in Melaka, Malaysia, from February 22 to 23, 2023. Dr. Mohd Shaharudin Shah Che Hamzah (Dr. Shah), a Senior Lecturer Emergency Department School of Medical Sciences from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), gave a presentation on the topic of “Needs of Artificial Intelligent and Ambulance Technology.”
TXP has started POC projects in Malaysia by localizing its solutions for emergency medicine (NSER series) that have been provided to local governments and hospitals in Japan. Under this project, USM has been using the NSER series since last December 2022. Dr. Shah presented the latest technology in prehospital care (PHC) which means the emergency medicine system from receiving an emergency call until the PHC team makes contact with a victim or patient. Malaysia's PHC system is recently changing towards the implementation of the latest technology such as using a smart system. Dr. Shah also mentioned that Malaysia was on the right pathway to be ready for upcoming AI technology in the medical field soon.

Expert Ambulance Malaysia Operation Conference 2023’s theme was TOGETHER TOWARDS A NEW ERA TO STRENGTHEN AMO (Ambulance Malaysia Operation) EXPERTISE IN AMBULANCE EMERGENCY AND PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE. This year, about 295 participants from various agencies concerning the PHC system and 20 booth exhibitors participated in this conference.
TXP Medical’s mission is to "save lives with medical data.” It is a great honor to have a chance to contribute to emergency medicine in Malaysia.
