About the Speaker

Yuta Iwamoto (Emergency physician and intensivist. Completed a Master of Tropical Medicine at Nagasaki University)

Since 2016, he has been involved in global health as a clinician, epidemiologist, and project manager at the international NGO, Médecins Sans Frontières, JICA, and WHO. 

He has worked in the Philippines, Yemen, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, South Sudan, Nigeria, Indonesia, Cameroon, El Salvador, Sudan, Central African Republic, Afghanistan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Haiti.
Joined TXP Medical Co. Ltd. in 2022 as Head of Overseas Business Development.

WACEM (The World Academic Council for Emergency Medicine) is an academic organization that brings together educators, researchers, clinicians, and research institutions involved in emergency medicine with the mission of advancing emergency medicine from a scientific perspective. 

Since 2015, WACEM annual conferences have been held worldwide, and this year was co-hosted with TOPCOM (Table Top Exercise & Communication in Disaster Medicine).

TXP has started demonstration projects in Indonesia, and Malaysia by localizing its solutions for emergency medicine (NSER series), which have been provided to local governments and hospitals in Japan. These projects are selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) and the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare (MHLW) as grant programs for overseas business development.

TXP Medical’s mission is to "save lives with medical data.” We will strive to realize this mission not only in Japan but also in ASEAN countries and around the world.
