Dr. Iwamoto, Head of Overseas Business Development of TXP Medical Co. Ltd. spoke at The 6th EMS Asia 2023 held in Tokyo, from November 30 to December 1, 2023.
The Asian Association for EMS, the operating body of EMS Asia, was established in 2009 with the purpose of promoting training for healthcare professionals involved in Emergency Medical Service (EMS) and facilitating the sharing of expertise from various countries.
While EMS Asia was traditionally held biennially, after a five-year hiatus, this edition focused on the theme "Pandemic/post-pandemic resilience and digital transformation of EMS Asia – using technology to help emergency care." It brought together numerous stakeholders from eight countries, including physicians and paramedics, sparking lively discussions.
